Initial order had not arrived so I contacted Siabann who quickly replied having checked and confirmed that the courier had never tried to make the delivery. I was informed that a replacement would be dispatched to ensure I had it by Christmas. And true to their word special delivery next day. Very happy with the customer service. The order arrived incredibly quickly, and beautifully packaged. I wasn’t sure which fragrance to choose from the website but I’m very glad I went for lochside. It is a lovely warm fragrance. Not overpowering. Sort of a Jo Malone vibe. I want one in every room!

I absolutely love the smell of the Lochside reed diffuser. I first bought a diffuser 3 years ago and now buy the refills which are great. I don't think I will ever tire of the beautiful smell.
